We have at least 6 years experience in the hosting industry and extensive knowledge of the CentOS and Windows Operating systems. This also includes cPanel/WHM/Fantastico and Virtuozzo/OpenVZ. This ensures that we can assist all clients with any nature of problems and ensure a prompt resolution to any issues that may arise whether it may be with a shared hosting account or a SHOUTcast server.
We may not be a big company but with us you can be guaranteed a great amount of support and help without being passed through from operator to operator. We'll be straight to the point and get it sorted out straight away. Q: What methods of payment do you accept?
A: Currently we accept PayPal, AlertPay & MoneyBookers. Please note, credit card payments are possible by using "PayPal" without needing an account.
Q: How long does account setup take?
A: Hosting, Resellers and SHOUTcast servers are setup instantly after payment is received.
Q: Will you ever change my recurring cost?
A: No, the price you sign up with is the price you will continue to pay, we will never change your pricing structure. (This even includes if we change the plan prices!)
Q: If I have an issue, who am I actually talking to?
A: If you have an issue, you won't be talking to computer generated responses, infact you will be talking to our support team handpicked by our Managing Director.
